Kính thưa quý vị,

Tôi là Nguyễn Phương Hưng, cư dân cư ngụ tại số 14362 Bushard Street, #93, Westminster, CA 92683, viết thư này để có vài đề nghị sau đây được liệt kê trong nghị trình phiên họp ngày hôm nay của thành phố mà theo tôi đã gây tổn hại cho danh tiếng và cộng đồng của chúng ta rất lớn:

Nên mướn một cơ quan điều tra độc lập bên ngoài để kiểm tra những lời tố cáo của Nghị viên Kimberly Hồ trong buổi phỏng vấn 8/9/2021 trên đài truyền hình Little Saigon TV và buổi họp báo ngày 7 tháng 10 năm 2021 tại Câu Lạc Bộ Báo Chí Việt Ngữ, Garden Grove. Điều này hình như thành phố đã có kế hoạch. Nếu đã có, xin cám ơn.
Điều tra vụ đất công thổ Liberty Park tại địa chỉ 13900 Monroe Street và hình như thành phố cũng đang tiến hành.
Thành phố phải thu hồi bằng khen thưởng ông Truong Quoc Huy vì đã vi phạm luật như sau

- Bằng tưởng lục chỉ có một chữ ký của Thị trưởng Tạ Đức Trí là bất hộp lệ.

- Thị trưởng Tạ Đức Trí là người có chức vụ cao nhất của thành phố nhưng không phải là duy nhất và cử tri chúng tôi không cho phép Thị trưởng tự ý độc tài và tiếm danh để mang đi ban phát với tư cách cá nhân.

- Westminster là thành phố của nước Mỹ và các sắc dân khác nhau, do đó bằng tưởng lục chỉ có thể dùng một ngôn ngữ duy nhất là tiếng Anh cho các giấy tờ mang tính hành chánh.

- Khi dùng tiếng Việt và không thông qua hội đồng thành phố, tự bản thân ông Thị trưởng Tạ Đức Trí đã biết đó là sai nhưng tại sao vẫn làm? Phải chăng mua chuộc mộtcơ quan truyền thông (youtuber) để vận động tranh cử?

Về thành phần nhân sự của Ủy ban xây dựng tượng đài Quảng Trị của thành phố Westminster. Tôi hoàn toàn tôn trọng sự đề cử và chọn lựa của quý vị trừ một người là ông Trần Văn Chi. Ông ta đã có hành vi không tốt đẹp về tiền bạc của hội VPOC (Viet Press of Orange County) mà tôi là Tổng Thư Ký.

Tôi cám ơn quý vị đã bỏ thì giờ lắng nghe đề nghị góp ý cho thành phố của chúng ta ngày càng văn minh, công bằng, và dân chủ để tạo lại niềm tin đã mất và nhất là tham những đã làm dân chúng Westminster phải trả thêm thuế mua hàng hầu bù đắp cho những điều hành tê hại của quý vị.

Subject: Letter of request for Action taken

Ladies and gentlemen,

I am Nguyen Phuong Hung, a resident of 14362 Bushard Street, space 93, Westminster, CA 92683, writing this letter to have several of the following items proposed to be listed on the agenda of today's city meeting. In my opinion has done a great deal of damage to save our reputation and community:

An external independent investigative agency should be hired to examine the allegations made by Council member Kimberly Ho during the September 8, 2021 interview on Little Saigon TV and the October 7 press conference. 2021 at Vietnamese Language Press Club, Garden Grove. This looks like the city has a plan. If yes, thank you.
Investigation of the Liberty Park public land located at 13900 Monroe Street and apparently the city is also underway.
The City of Westminster must revoke Mr. Truong Quoc Huy's commendation certificate which handed out by Mayor Tri Ta for violating the law as follows

- With only one signature of Mayor Tri Ta, it is unusual to be embarrassed by the merits.

- Mayor Tri Ta is the person with the highest position in the city, but it is not the only one to make any decision and as voters, we do not allow the Mayor to arbitrarily dictator and use his name to give away the City merits as an individual.

- Westminster is a city of the United States of America and of many different ethnics, so by the commendation, only one language can be used, which is English, for administrative documents.

- When using Vietnamese and not through the city council board, Mayor Tri Ta himself knew it was wrong but why still do it? Is it possible to bribe a media agency (youtuber) to political campaign?

About the personnel composition of the Committee to build Quang Tri monument of Westminster city. I fully respect your nomination and choice except for one person, Mr. Tran Van Chi. He has been misbehaving with the money of the VPOC (Viet Press of Orange County) association of which I am the General Secretary.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to the proposal to make our city more civilized, fair, and democratic to restore the lost trust and especially the corruption that has plagued the people of Westminster who pay extra sales tax to make up for your poor operations.
